It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alffredetta Ann Jenkins of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Chancey and Leona May Chamberlain (Davis); her siblings, Margaret Sowmick (Arnold), Joyce Francis (Robert), Marilyn Sprague (Richard), Thomas Chamberlain and Robert Chamberlain; her brothers-in-law, John Williams, Chuck Slater, Sr. and Wallace Chatfield; Alvin Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Jenkins; her children, Christopher Moses, Sr., Scott Moses, Sr., Paul Moses and Sharrie Moses; and her sisters, Juanita Slater and Esther Chatfield. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, lots of nieces, nephews.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Alfie's honor.
