She was predeceased by : her father Richard Cousineau; her father-in-law David Dziesinski; and her sister-in-law Ami Lenning. She is survived by : her mother Cathy Cousineau (Eller); her husband Brad; her children, Sofie and Evelyn; her siblings, Bradly Cousineau (Kristi) and Mary Fuller (John); her mother-in-law Diane Dziesinski; and her siblings-in-law, Angie Barz (Ed) and Mike Lenning. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Bradley Dziesinski for an education fund to be set up for Sofie and Evelyn.
