She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Bills and Edna Bills (Weaver); and her siblings, Merle Jr. Bills, George Bills, Jimmy Bills, Ted Bills, Ray Bills, Jack Bills, Erine Bills and Rena Bruno.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wirgau; her children, Tina Phelps (Don), Michael Dallas (Cate), Cindy Hodge (Ron) and Bill Wirgau (Andy); her grandchildren, Jason Phelps, Dylan Phelps, Thomas Dallas, Ronnie Hodge, Nicole Wirgau and Alyssa Wirgau; her great grandchild Mason Phelps; and her sisters, Aileen Tallman and Marlene Coney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
