Lezan; his grandchildren, Adalynn Mae Marie Lezan and Osyka Symonds; his brother Nick Lezan, Jr. (Deeann) of Shepherd; his nieces, Krystan Lezan and Hailey Lezan (Skyler); his nephew Paizlee; and his close friends, Vance and Bobbyjoe Hoffmeyer.
