She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Breuer and Donna Breuer (Eyer); and her husband Donald Phipps. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Breuer of Mt. Pleasant, Edward Breuer, Patty of Weidman, Monica Tilmann of Mt. Pleasant and Teresa Keehbauch (Richard) of Mt. Pleasant; and her siblings' children, Jenny Pawlitz and Eric Phipps. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Isabella Commission on Aging.
