She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Harris and Veronica Harris (Niebauer); her husband Alvin Charles Schmidt; her children, Mary Ann, Stephen and Karl Schmidt; her grandchildren, Joseph Schmidt, Jaqulyn Culp and Katherine Gracia; and her children-in-law, Leonard Charboneau and Maria Piedad Quellar-Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Schmidt of New Port Richey, FL, Julie Ann Schmidt of Brandon, FL, Theresa Gracia of Sun City, FL, Karen Jarman (Pat) of Lake, Diane Lyon (Terry) of Clare, Denice Charboneau of Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Schmidt (Vickie) of Brandon, FL; and her brothers, Ward Harris (Auleen) of Jacksonville, FL and Richard Harris (Sonya) of San Diego, CA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
