She was predeceased by: her father Franklin H. Williams, Jr.; her son Daniel; her stepfather Garrey; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Williams (Tappen); her husband George Allen Slater; her children, Desteny King (Josh Segal), Jammie Morey (Francisco Morales) and Ericka King (Gilbert Alaniz); her pet Tessa; her grandchildren, Nathaniel (Katelyn), Willow, Gillian, Sway, River, Samara, Raistlin, Xavier and Francisco; her great grandchildren, Odin, Arlo, Ayla, Easton, Grace, Emerson and Carlos; her siblings, Edward Williams, Yvonne Williams, Pam Williams and Ryyan Kelley; and her friend Chris Layman.
