It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Lee Carney of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Opdycke and Irma Opdycke (Fish); and her brother Jim Waters. She is survived by: her children, Kerri Speerstra, Jr. (Don) and Doug Carney (Dee); her granddaughters, Jessica Kinch (David) of Mt. Pleasant and Katie Speerstra of Mt. Pleasant; and her siblings, Dan Opdycke (Roxanne) of Mt. Pleasant and Dixie Carson of Alma.
