It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Wakefield of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, born in Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Joy Wakefield-Robinson (Crosby); and his stepfather John Winston Robinson (Wayne Morris Wakefield). He is survived by: his father Wayne Wakefield-Robinson; his wife Bridget Wakefield; his children, Brandy Clark, Casey Wakefield, Gloriana Hebert, MacKenzzie, Gabriella, Scarlette, Nathan Wakefield (Jaclyn) and Derrick Wakefield (Brandi Smith); his grandchildren, Lance, Troy, Aiden, Cameron and Logan; his sisters, Terri Hillier (Homer), Tina Wheelock (Brian), Gale Ridenour (Paul) and Kim Wakefield (Tracy Wille); his parents-in-law, Don and Betty Larrance; and his sisters-in-law, Julie Viet (Jeff), Kim Hall (David) and Rose Gilliam (Dennis). He is also survived by extended family including many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
