He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Elmer and Marie Grubb (Courtney); his sister Shirley Gates; and his brother-in-law Ivan Gates. He is survived by: his wife Paula Grubb of Mt. Pleasant; his children, Amy Guy (Joel) of Kingsley, Andrew Grubb (Heather) of Traverse City and Julie Knight (Aaron) of South Bend, IN; his stepchildren, Greg Edmonds (Jennifer) of Midland and Laurie Thompson (Scott); his mother-in-law Pauline Mason (George) of Midland; his brother-in-law Tony Mason (Gina); and his close friends, John and Julie Thomason. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association in Edward's honor.
