She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Gifford and Dorothy Gifford (Robart); her niece Teresa Hetherington; and her sister-in-law Nancy Gifford. She is survived by: her former husband Dan S. Mitchell; her children, Kevin Mitchell (Jeannie) of Blanchard, Karen Shaw (Dan) of Blanchard, Denis Mitchell (Michele) of Cedar Lake and James Mitchell of Blanchard; her husband Royal Baker of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Anna Castro (Jason), Andrew Shaw, Autumn "Ellie" Mitchell, Jonathan Shaw (Natalie) and Sam Mitchell (Ericka); her great grandchildren, Rhea, Sadie Mitchell, Kallie Dunbar (Roger) and Levi Castro; her great great grandchild Noelle Dunbar; and her siblings, Joanne Hetherington of Mt. Pleasant, Don Gifford (Janet) of Lakeview and Keith Gifford (Dolly) of Evansville, IN.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
