He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Welch and Wilma Welch (Young); and his brother Larry Welch. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Cooper of Georgia, Casey Cornell (StephineRae Atkins) of Crystal and Corey McCarrick (Elle) of Lansing; his grandchildren, Nolan, Hunter, Gavin, Garrett, Oaklee Rose, Revie Jean and Arlie Rae; and his sisters, Vicky Kauffman (David) of Blanchard and Julie Lyon-Welch (Kristin) of Coldwater. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
