He is survived by: his parents, Tony Glenn Starkey (Sara Ann Chingman) and Roberta Joanne Starkey; his daughter Ariel Starkey; his siblings, Billy Starkey, David Starkey, Tony Starkey Jr., Sonya Starkey, Patricia Alonzo and Betsey Alonzo; and his uncle Terry Starkey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
