It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie L. DeLong of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennie L. DeLong to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Budd Hines and Fern Hines (Daniels); her husband Dalton DeLong; her son Thomas DeLong; her grandson Travis DeLong; and her siblings, Dale Hines, Leo Hines, LaVern Hines, Ruby Hills, Margie Teachworth and Betty Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Michael DeLong (Jeanine) of Remus, Joseph DeLong of Georgia, Richard DeLong (Stephanie) of Mt. Pleasant, Larry Guild (Kathy) of Lakeview, Gary Guild (Florence) of Comstock Park and Kathie Chapman (Russ) of Little Elm, TX; and her sister Leila Welch. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
