He was predeceased by: his former wife Gloria Kaszuba; and his sisters, Genevieve Zajac and Stella Slupski. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Kaszuba (Lewis); his sister Wanda Hindle (Chris) of Bolton; his children, Cynthia Baxter (Chris) of Shepherd, MI, Holly Kaszuba of Rosebush, MI and Joshua Kaszuba of Grand Rapids, MI; his stepchildren, David Kincer (Mary) and Janice Sturgill (Danny); his grandchildren, Nolan Baxter, Angelina Kaszuba-Myers, Levi Baxter, Ciara Kaszuba and Jaklynn Kaszuba; and his stepgranddaughter Michelle Glime (Steven). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Church Deacon's Fund, which helps those in need in the community, or to the new campus of Community Church in St. Johns, MI.
