She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Wood and Gladys Wood (Johnston); and her brother-in-law Gene Hepinstal. She is survived by: her husband Dwight Thurston; her daughters, Jennifer Grace (Scott) of Shepherd, Sarah Mongeau (Larry Kent) of Co and Wexford Ireland; her stepchildren, David Thurston (Marilyn) of St. Ignace and Ann Fox of Rosebush; and her siblings, Bill Wood (Sandy) of Clare and Shirley Hepinstal of Gladwin. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
