She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Virgil and Esther Ruth Hammond (O'Sullivan); her brother Terry Hammond; and her niece Lisa Hammond. She is survived by: her children, Sari (Robert Mellendorf), Kaiti (Jason Piotrowski) and Josh (Ashley Fields); her grandchildren, Megan, Madison Mellendorf, Olivia, Connor Fields, Ella and Luke Piotrowski; her sister Carol Kelly (Harold) of Traverse City; her sister-in-law Sharon Hammond; her niece Lori Koenig; and her nephew Kristopher Kelly.
