He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Stahl and Margaret Stahl (Smith); his son Robert Stahl; and his brother Raymond Stahl. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stahl (Roe) of Mt. Pleasant; his son Mark Ciulla (family: Jennifer Long, Charlene Stahl); his stepson Billy Foster (Tom Foster); and his sisters, Sandy Clay (Tom) of Streator, Illinois. and Janice Baron of Streator, Illinois.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
