He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Joseph Sprague and Sarah Sprague (White-Pigeon); his siblings, Lewis Sprague, Joseph "Little Joe" Sprague Jr., Randy "Slug" Sprague, Alberta "Birdie" Popma and Timothy "Muff" Sprague; and his nieces, Sarah Jo "Sass" Shomin, Catherine "Cat" Sprague, Christina "Skip" Shomin and Ashlee Keshick.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew "Cub" Sprague (Andre'a Ritter), Lucas "Luke" Sprague (Kristy Navarro) and Kaylene Delfel (Ryan Chippewa); his grandchildren, Bree, Jett, Ayla, Anthony, Leylahni, Malakaih, Adailia and Anakin; his siblings, George Sprague, Joanne "Jumbo" Peters, Henry "Hank" Sprague (Sue) and Marion "Sput" Falcon (Andy); and his close friend Jeremy "Worm" Sawmick. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
