He was predeceased by: his parents, Murle Billings and Sally Billings (Hudson); his wife Connie Green; his son-in-law James Garhart; and his sisters, Bev Adams and Charlene Billings.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Mogg (Robert) of Mt. Pleasant, Chris Billings of Sanford, Connie Garhart of Mt. Pleasant, Nicole Billings of Mt. Pleasant, Kassandra Long (Wyatt) of Mt. Pleasant and Bobbie Jo Galehouse (Ralph) of Remus; his grandchildren, Laura (Cole), Bethann, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Kayte, Kristiena, Kylie, Ralph, Jr., Danielle, Preston and Anna; his great grandchild Karlee; and his siblings, Duane Billings of Breckenridge, Tim Billings of Midland, Greg Billings (Dawn) of Wheeler, Marylou Farlow (Bill) of Mt. Pleasant and Sally Jean Sexton (Bill) of Wheeler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
