He is survived by: his children, Amanda Garcia (Adam) of Mt. Pleasant and Matthew Bowers (Grace) of Australia; and his siblings, Kelly Bowers of Mt. Pleasant, Melinda Mankowski (Ron) of Mt. Pleasant and Lisa Brayton (Dan) of Richland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
