With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Dean Stalter (Mount Pleasant, Michigan), who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora "Dean" Stalter and Aletha "Lee" Stalter (Ley); his son Josh Stauffer; his brother Dan Stalter; his wife Shannon Stalter (McCray); and his brother-in-law Edgard Romero.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Rolston (Recker), Kelly Edwards (Haynak), Rob Rolston (Erika) of Mt. Pleasant, Mitch Bailey of Chicago, IL, Lace Stalter of Traverse City, Taylor Stalter of Mt. Pleasant and Shay Barnes (Tristan) of Lake; his grandchildren, Ayla Rolston, Amber Horning (Neil), Samuel Elmore-Hart, Christian Elmore-Turner, Grayson Couron and Hudson Barnes; his great grandchildren, Emberly Miles and Lakelynn Horning; his siblings, Vicky Schafer (Fred) of Beal City, Jodie Razdrh (Mike) of North Carolina, Deana Simpson (Tom) of Macomb, Tina Stalter of Shepherd, Kevin Stalter-Romero of California, Marci Faber (Joe) of Weidman and Misty Purrett (Christopher) of Chesterfield; and his sister-in-law Barb Stalter of Shepherd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
