He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Sr. Langworthy and Edythe Langworthy (Gardner); his parents-in-law, Jack and Kathleen Long; his brothers-in-law, Jack Long and David Long; and his nephew Nicholas Pflaum.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Long; his stepsons, Michael Hayes (Kara McConnell) of Traverse City and John Hayes of Traverse City; his grandchildren, Connor, Ryan and Holly Hayes; his siblings, David Langworthy of Mt. Pleasant, Deanna Stayton of Indianaplis, IN, Nancy Bonk (Terry) of Ohio and Roxanne Little of Florida; and his parents-in-law, Sandra Kullman, Sharon Long, Patricia Long, Pamela Williams (Glenn), Nancy Lauer (Joe), Robert Long (Jeanne) and Kathy Tressel (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Michigan University Physical Therapy Department and Humane Animal Treatment Society.
