He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Foutch and Hokemeyer; and his siblings, Frank Foutch, Lou Foutch, Dennis Foutch, Donna Glasgow, Rosalie Phillips, Betty Edick and Florence Foutch.

He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Parker (Tony) of Mt. Pleasant and Dawn Criswell (John) of Hope; his grandchildren, Jamie Cotter (Jason), Abbey Parker, Amanda Emerson (Brandon), Caitlin Fick and Glen Criswell (Katie); and his sister Beverly Robinson of Gladwin. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
