We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2025, at the age of 81, Ruth Lea Torres of Mount Pleasant, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Ruth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ruth has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Torres and Orallia Torres Jr. (Zapata); and her siblings, Reuben and Martha. She is survived by: her brother Ronald Torres (Lisa) of Mt. Pleasant; and her sister-in-law Patricia Torres. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
