He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Patty); his son Nicolas Larson Kjolhede (Rachel); his grandchildren, Teddy, Charles John, Angus and Nicolas Patrick of Rochester, NY; his son Curtis James Kjolhede of Denver, CO; and his nephew Larson.
