He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Bywater and Garnet Bywater (Gray); his wife Nancy Sandelius; his children, David Bywater (Tony Patitucci) of Muskegon, Kevin Bywater (Rachel) of Allegan and Fawn Panella of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Austin Bywater, Erin Curry, Kristine Meyer, Cailee Bywater, Kristen Coon, Chelsie Ford, Kyle VandenBrooks, Brittany Lindsay, Justinn Panella and Jordenn Panella; and his brothers, Larry Parks (Eva) and Robert Bywater (Ruth). He was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren.
