She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Carrier and Margaret Carrier (Knudsen); her husband Vincent Skinner; her sons, Robert and Richard; and her siblings, Judd, Douglas, Gene, Donald, Joan, Margie, Nellie and Rachel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Larry Smolka) and Evida Carswell (Frank); her siblings, Earl, Johnny Carrier, Gladys Paul (Dave), Carolyn Winter and Ruth Knudson (Dave); her grandchildren, John, Stacie, Kimberly, Sarah, Jeremy and Chelsea; and her close friend Ken Bernier. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
