She was predeceased by: her sister Lorraine (Lukowski); her parents, Donald Hase and Lorraine Hase; her siblings, Donald Hase, Jr., Candy Duer and Lisa Hase Hebert; her brother-in-law Andy Rzanca; her nephew Donald (Hase); and her nieces, Jennifer McGlone and Missy Rzanca.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Rzanca, JoJo Rzanca (Ken), Paul Hase and Bill Hase (Mary); and her nieces and nephews, Bradley Hase, Christine Ellis, Kelly Lawrey (Kurk), Maria Stempien (Jason), Leanna Stockoski (Pete), Barbie Rzanca, Heidi Rzanca, Deanna Hase, Nicholas Hase, Nicole Baker (Scott), Sheena Malone (Chip) and Billy Hase. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
