She is survived by: her husband Dale Clark of VanMeer; her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law Heather; her sister Barbara; her nephew Charlie; her niece Misty; her great-niece Harper; and her pets, Bubba and Lacy.
If someone wants to donate in Katy's memory, any animal shelter would be appropriate because of her love of animals or St. Jude's Children's Hospital also had a spot in her heart.
