It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Bell Nelson (Munising, Michigan), who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Koch and Rachael Koch (Parr); her grandson Justin Taskey; and her siblings, Ruby, Ida, Alic, Martha, Bob, Bill and Paul.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Bing" Nelson of Sundell; her daughters, Martha (Frank Inman), Kathy (Tony Knaus), Alice (Gary "Buck" Lancour) and Elaine (Tom Taskey); her grandchildren, Frank, Brian (Michelle), Ryan (Christy), Brad (Brooke), Craig (David), Brent, Danielle (Scott), Heather (Pat) and Kurston; her siblings, Flora Leppanen (Mike) and Ora Koch; her niece Vickie Nelson (Mary); and her close friends, Nancy Anderson, Bill and Pat Porter. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
