With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pamela P. Holbert of Munising, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2026 at the age of 71. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Pamela had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Pamela may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Pennington and Dorothy Pennington (Lauterback); her husband Gary Holbert; her mother-in-law Barbara Holbert; and her brother-in-law Brandon Holbert.
She is survived by: her children, Brooke Holbert (Ted Niemi) of Marquette, Dean Holbert (Brandi Siefert) of Negaunee and Josh Holbert (Tania Majinski) of Shreveport, LA; her grandchildren, Ethan Anderson and Haley Anderson (James Hemmila); and her great grandchild Liam.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bowerman Funeral Home (302 E Superior St, Munising, MI 49862). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
