He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sally and Isabell Sally (Richard); his wife Sharon Sally (Frey); his son Ralph D. Sally; and his siblings, Ralph Sally, Laura Riba (Erwin), Martha Busch (Martin), Walter Sally (Beth) and Hilda Bortles (Donnie).
He is survived by: his daughter Valarie Roths (Bob); his grandchildren, Jordon Beatty (Tianna), Jacob Beatty (Jenna) and Robert R. Roths III; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Brooklyn.
