He is survived by: his siblings, Jesse Banks Jr., Frank Banks (Susan), Donald Banks (Annette), John Banks (Melva), Byron Banks (Melinda), Regina Banks and Elysabeth Jackson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
