He is survived by: his wife Lynn Danicek; his son Jason Anthony Danicek; his brothers, Joe Danicek (Lisa) and Denny Danicek (Nora); and his siblings-in-law, Lorna Danicek, Susan Ward and Steven Ward. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
