Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Turner and Ethel Turner (Katona); her husband Richard W. Arter; her brother James Turner; and her daughter-in-law Gloria Arter.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Arter (Cheryl), James Arter and John Arter (Kim); and her grandchildren, Andrew Arter (Jenna), Emily Brickner (Jon), Jennifer Arter (Timothy Coletta), Jayme Love (Ronnie), Richard Arter (Emile) and Allison Koch (Brett). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
