She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Palmer and Dorothy Palmer (Brayton). She is survived by: her children, Eileen Young (Alan), Marcy Anzelon (Mark), Sheila Cooper, Lawrence Grennan (Tina) and Daniel Grennan; her grandchildren, Corey Anzelon (Veronika), Daniel Anzelon (Shannon), Todd Anzelon, Melissande Deardurff (Greg), O'Neill Young, Spencer Young (Rebecca), Megan Cooper (David), Ian Cooper, Lawrence, Dillan Grennan, Mason, McKenna and Barbara Grennan; and her great grandchildren, Arianna Anzelon, Kara Anzelon, Rowan, Warrick, Seraphine, Lyriel, Marjorie, Esme Deardurff, Beatrice, Iris, Issac and Boaz Young. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest that a tree be planted in her memory or a donation made to the Muskegon Big Red Educational Fund; or do something kind for someone that's not expected, just as Barbara did throughout her life.
