She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Medendorp and Katherine Medendorp (VanderHeuvel); her former husband Charles L. Frank; her husband Louie Frank; and her brother LeRoy Medendorp.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Medendorp (Carol), Greg Hazelmyer (Sandy), Steve Neinas (Debra), Diane Kroll and Dan Neinas (Dawn); her stepson Rick Frank (Laura); and her sister-in-law Lucy Medendorp. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
