She is survived by: her husband Jim Mitchell; her children, Ted Mitchell (Mary) and Carrie Mitchell; her grandchildren, Brandon Mitchell (Madeline), Olivia Michaelis, Owen Michaelis and Johnny Mitchell; and her siblings, Gary Packingham (Deana), Robert Packingham, Patricia Collis (Michael) and Pam Packingham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
