We announce the death of Carolyn Watts of Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 84. Carolyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crawford and Willie Gracey Hunt Borkins; her daughters, Dorothy Mays, Sharolyn Patrick and Precious Watts; her grandson Roger Lee Bohannon Jr.; and her siblings, Eddie Bea Borkins, Ernestine Borkins, Catherine Redmond and Reddick Borkins III.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Miles, Keith Watts and Ray Miles; her sister Thelma Redmond; and her grandchildren, Latosha Bohannon, Yamessa Bohannon, Candice Miles, Jerome Addison, Bobby Addison, Kevon Watts, Darrell Watts, Darren Watts, Shun Miles and Kadesha Darrough. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
