She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Whitchell and Vern Whitchell. She is survived by: her husband Robert Atkin; her children, Scott Atkin, Roberta Pothoff (Rusty) and Robin Atkin; her grandchildren, Scott Doctor, Toby and Cody Atkin; her children, Emily Schultz (Garrit), Makayla Swiatek (Zach), Tommy Roswell (Taya), Sierra Moore (Austin), Trey Davis (Jenna) and Janae Fisher (Rob); her great grandchildren, Guinevere Schultz, Maeve Bonter, Tommy, Maverick Roswell and Baker Moore; and her sisters, Michelle Rogers and Dawn Sander (Wes). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations toward Cathy's cremation be made to Clock Funeral Home in Muskegon, Michigan.
