He is survived by: his wife Kelly Johnson; his sons, Matthew McQueen and Jacob Johnson; his stepchildren, Jamie Busman and Aaron Busman (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Adilynn, Jaina and Ariyah; and his siblings, Kathleen Morrison (Dale), Dennis Nickoles, Bryan Nickoles and Darrick Nickoles.
