She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Pixley and Mona Pixley (Briggs); her husband John DeYoung; her great grandchild Ashlyn Brooks; and her siblings, Wanda, Delores and Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Barbi DeYoung of Greenville, John DeYoung (Carol) of Grand Rapids, Ron DeYoung, Robin Baker of Syracuse and Don DeYoung (Sue) of Muskegon. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
