He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, David (Mary), Lori (Mark), Kristy (Steve) and Andy (Jenny); and his siblings, Scott (Judy), Matt (Julie) and Janet (Bob). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
