She was predeceased by: her parents, John VanHeften and Janet VanHeften; her parents-in-law, Vern Fairfield and Anne Sean Fairfield; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Ford and David Fairfield.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Scott Fairfield (Erica) of Muskegon, Eric Fairfield (Karen) of Muskegon and Jeremy Fairfield (Becky) of Zeeland; her grandchildren, Tyler, Colin, Gavin, Aiden, Anna (Josh), Carter and Kyleigh; and her sister Sue Ford of Ontario. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
