With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ebony Michelle Howard of Muskegon, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on February 28, 2026 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Jennings; her grandparents, Danna Ray Brummitt and Erma Jean Howard; her uncle Carl Douglas Byrd; and her aunts, Patricia Lynn Brummitt and Candace Renee Brummitt.
She is survived by: her children, Lailiana, Brielle, Brianna, Everly and Bri'Lasia; her parents, Lisa A. Brummitt and Michael Howard; her siblings, Tony Streets, Tyrone Streets, Christopher Howard, Paul Michael Howard III, Lakyra Howard, Latisha Jennings, Joshua Howard, Paul Michael Howard Jr., Panisha Howard, Myisha Howard and Shaniqua Howard; and her grandmother Pamela Brummitt Maillet.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the East Mortuary (937 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Arsulowicz Brothers East Mortuary (937 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503).
