He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Van Nunen and Robert Samuel Whitlow; and his siblings, Robert, Melburne, Midge and Lucille.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Ann Whitlow; his children, Gregory Robertson, Jill Kennedy (John), Mark Whitlow, Duane Whitlow (Tim Blair) and Jeffrey Whitlow (Mary); his grandchildren, Brett Allen (Kayla), Genny Kennedy (Heath), Aaron Kennedy (Brandie) and Alisha Kennedy (Nate); his great grandchildren, Trevor, Greyson and Layla; and his brothers, Donald, David and Charlie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Reformed Church (4200 Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
