He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Witkowski and Jacqueline Witkowski; and his siblings, Raymond Witkowski, Dan Witkowski and Janice Kammers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Julie Veltman (Bill), Janie Meier (Brian), Bev Mieler (Joe) and Andy Witkowski (Sarah); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Mortensen and Brian Kammers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
