She is survived by: her children, Kelly Florez, Jeremy Florez and Charles Florez (Aleasha); her grandchildren, Seireana Florez (Jeramy Wright), Orion Florez, Troy Florez (Andie Cook), Kerra Florez, Alana Florez, Bryce Florez, Jalen Guydon, Tyler Bisard, Jazmyn Polk (Kevin), Alexus Foster (Jeremy), Kane Florez and Kyle Netzler; her great grandchildren, Elara Wright, Raela Wright, Arlae Wright, Isiah Florez, Isaac Florez, Kennedy Polk, Kassidy Polk, Kevin Polk, Kadence Polk, Mia Florez, Ry'len Foster, Za'Kai Foster and Bobby Foster; her siblings, James Hines (Arlene), Thomas Hines (Hattie), Siebert Hines (Cindy), Rick Hines (Penny), Bernie Hines (Cindy) and Laura Koon; and her nephew Ricky Hines.
