He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Thomas and Agnes Thomas (Fromby); his son Larry Thomas; and his sister Carolyn Longcore. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Shinew; his children, Pamela Anderson (Gary), Lisa Carson (Chris), Scott Thomas (Amy), Jeanie Thomas and Julie Thomas; and his daughter-in-law Judé Thomas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren.
